Energy Saving Building and All About It
Build energy saving building not difficult than build environment friendly building or known as green building. In order to build energy saving building, designer/architect only focus on how the building resident can minimize energy usage, such as energy for lighting and AC. That building has to depend on solar energy as energy resource in maximal. AC usage minimize with fresh air usage from outside.
Green building concept more complicated. Beside energy efficiency, green building also cover water comsumption management, trash recycle, until effort to create own energy resource from trash that produced. Building materials also must produced in friendly environmental method.
Although not difficult as green building, energy saving building seems not be interesting concept for designers/architects. That’s because aesthetic reason. Sometimes, energy saving building design make architect ignore beautifulness, because the technique limitation.
But, actually, talking about aesthetic is relative. Architect should able to create anything with or without limitation. In fact, limitations can stimulating architects to create masterpiece object.
