Interior Design in Architecture for Inspiration Place
As young executive, home not only as shaded place, but also inspiration place to run the business. So the home planning begin from that idea. At all, this home designed with minimalist concept, practice, not extreme and uppermost monochromatic colors at public space.
This home applied spilt level concept, consist of three floors with four levels which have different function. Spilt level applied because owner wants that base floor upper than the street.
Like fortress, to go to yard inside, we can go through gate from black iron. After that, from that gate we go direct to private garage. But for the guest, it directed to left side to upper level through stepped path from black stones. In this area, there are casuarinas trees. Before in guest room, we greeted with minimalist garden with fresh grass, make our eye fresh.
From unique decorative door in geometrical form, seem guest room which divided into two parts of area. First area is connecting area, consist of sofas and tables. After that, there is wider area for guest that intimate with owner.
At upper level, there is family room, consist of modern furniture and big TV. Wall of family room made from big glass so light can be in. Working room is beside family room.
Main bedroom and dining room placed on upper spilt. The dining room unified with pantry, complement with island. That room connected with side terrace. From here we can see direct view to pool.
Room arrangement at building with 750 m2 width and built on 440 m2 of land, ordered in such a manner easily traffic circulation of owners from services room in base floor to private rooms. In this building design, architect concern on air circulation fluency and lighting. That manner supported with 3 meter until 5 meters high of plafond, and also wide aperture, those are glass window.
Natural materials applied, like Yogya stones at wall and timber wood board at childstairs. Natural materials are architect efforts to reduce rigid and monotone impression which usually appear on minimalist design.
Granite floor in pearl white use layered public and semipublic level. For semiprivate and private floor, solid parquet used, as effort to give warm and comfortable place.
Every corner designed prudent. The power of the design exactly appears from the unpretentious which transmitted trough modern appliance between monochromatic colors.
