Nepenthes will add the exoticism nuance of your garden or landscape architecture. Why? Because, this plant is unique, that is in the way its get food. Nepenthes which live in lower land need temperature around 27°-35° C at noon and 21°-27° at night. While highland nepenthes need temperature around 21°-29° C at noon and 12°-18° at night. So don’t wrong if you pick nepenthes for your garden, because highland nepenthes can not live in lower land and conversely. Usually, its more easy to take care lower land nepenthes like N. campanulata, N. danseri, N. masoalensis, and N. rowanae. Other option is buy nepenthes which have high adaptation power like N. hirsute and N. veitchi

Because it usually lives in infertile land, nepenthes actually do not need special care. One important thing, nepenthes like growing media that humid and porous. Growing media also have to have good aeration to provide its root growth and oxygen supply. For lightning, nepenthes should place on area that touched by indirect sun light.

About water needing, nepenthes will very happy is pour with rain water. If rain water is not possible to poured everyday, mi the rain water with usual water, and every month pour it with rain water.
