This modern house is a renovation result from Victorian style house. From the façade, an original Victorian façade cladding with a copper-concertina clad perched over a receding glazed wall beneath. Two architecture styles are expressed in this house, a modern concept with traditional architectural forms. A dry-stack stone wall linked by water features, provide a unifying texture and distinguish the private, southern-oriented arrival side of the buildings from the northern-facing curtain walls.

this modern retreat house, a combination green landscape and blue sea, perfect for retreat vacation. This modern open plan house building divided into separate buildings. A separate buildings offer extra privacy because of late-night entertaining. One building for living and eating, other for sleeping. With generous decks, and the sheltering orientation of the two buildings contribute to a fluid relationship between living areas and the surrounding seascape.
