Basket Rattan Chair Design by Gian Franco Legler

This chair is previously designed for restaurant, as part of building project that Gian Franco Legler made in 1951. This chair design is lightweight stacking chair with a steel frame and ergonomic seat and backrest in hand-woven rattan was ideal for use both in and outdoors. Features: Stackable. Frame, steel tubing, black finish, seat and back, hand-woven rattan.

The chair is not only comfortable, but also allows the body to breathe, even in the hottest of summers. Gian Franco Legler received the Good Design Award for the BASKET chair from the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York in 1953.
