Double Height Large Open Area House Design

This contemporary four (4) bedroom family home has large open space for daily activities. This open space has double height space for better ventilation, and includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. With wooden board as main accent for the large windows and floor, make this house feel luxurious.

All of these spaces break out into a grassed courtyard that is formed by the “L” of the house. The single level plan has a central hallway with the bedroom wing on one side and the garage and utilities on the other. This resident designed by Cottee Parker Architects.
