The modern addition and renovation of this house, focuses to create airy space and more natural lights inside of this house. For the addition, second story master suite bedroom built with open interior design, along side with outdoor/indoor living spaces that connecting to terrace deck roof with expansive design. The modern minimalist deck terrace open to below create an architectural interplay between the two interior levels and the outdoors. The warm wood materials used as ceiling structure, contrast with gray metal fascia, metal siding and gray plaster base modern house construction materials. This modern two wings structure connected with two-story entry broad. Designed by Jesse Bornstein architects.
