And this modern house is low maintenance house. A block work base as main structure. More than that, this house provides simple light filled spaces which focus on the serene outlook. Very nice modern house. The plan is perhaps just a bit forced. The living room looks very skinny, and perhaps circulation is compromised here. All in all a great design however.
