In retaining the front bedroom, the ground floor accommodates a new bathroom, kitchen, dining and living areas and a new internal steel framed stair. The first floor accommodates a new bedroom under the existing front roof, ensuite, bathroom, rear bedroom with a bay window and new steel framed skylights over.
