Teri Retreat, another Building with Energy Saving Concept

Looking for energy saving property design inspiration? At Gurgaon,India, there is building called Teri Retreat. Power usage of this building only 96 kWh/m2/year. This building is part of Gual Pahari University, about 30 km of south New Delhi. This building applied power resource efficiency, clean energy technology, and efficient trash management.

This center of training not depends on power energy from government. Other important aspects are building functionality and how energy used, also passive concept that minimize energy requirement because oriented in solar energy usage. Room layout make lighting system can based on sun light.
