Two Contrasting Cube Modern House Design Innovation

This modern house, consist of two storey with contrasting building construction. On the upper space, transparent rectangular shape built. It really transparent space because all wall made from glass and modern flat roofed structures. All constructed with steels volume. And the lower, a black cube constructed from prefabricated architectural concrete sections. A black concrete structure accommodates private room space. This house designed as parallel building, so a steel terrace and roof deck for connecting area built. Its almost like push out house, but in vertical structure. Designed by Werner Sobek Engineering and Design.
