This house is a renovating house from existed Victorian style house. And the result is exciting. Two courtyard and the tip terrace, for summer and winter , really refreshing mind. And aperture designed to arrange natural light to the house, along with glass roof. A clean, white lines with modern interior design, make this house warm and cozy. This terrace conversion sought to increase the accommodation to three bedrooms and a main living space and outdoor area sandwiched between two dividing boundary walls that run the full length of the site to Claremont Crescent to the south.

The blade walls collect the various planning elements along the length. The rear entry separated from the tension created by the two walls by an overhead skylight. The linear plan effectively stretched to an abnormal length to create a sense of ‘bigness’. More than that, this renovating is cost-effective and heritage friendly linear form. I really like your concept of this simple but stylish modern house. Can you elaborate the design into a two storey house. My place is a 210 sq m. lot with house in both sides. i need a 2-space car garage . thanks.
My dad handed to me one of the family houses and I’m moving in November this year. I am planning to renovate the whole house into a modern outlook. It’s a 2 bedroom double storey link house. I think it’s close to 30 years of age. I’m adopting the boutique & studio minimalist look as I’m planning to run my business from home. The need for space is crucial as it’s a small house hence the usage of monochrome hues with a touch of pale green, mirror and PLC lights. So excited!
