I really like your concept of this simple but stylish modern house. Can you elaborate the design into a two storey house. My place is a 210 sq m. lot with house in both sides. i need a 2-space car garage . thanks.

My dad handed to me one of the family houses and I’m moving in November this year. I am planning to renovate the whole house into a modern outlook. It’s a 2 bedroom double storey link house. I think it’s close to 30 years of age. I’m adopting the boutique & studio minimalist look as I’m planning to run my business from home. The need for space is crucial as it’s a small house hence the usage of monochrome hues with a touch of pale green, mirror and PLC lights. So excited!
